Shrink Wrapping

What is shrink wrapping?

When an order is printed and is not bound in a book we usually shrink wrap the product.

Shrink wrapping involves putting the printed material in a blanket of plastic film. Then a conveyor belt moves the package through a heated tunnel at about 500 degrees shrinking the plastic film around the carbonless forms. Once the heat is applied, the package is complete and the shrink film should be tight around the product.

The shrink film helps protect the carbonless forms during shipping and until the customer is ready to use them.

We offer a variety of shrink wrapping options. You can have your forms shrink wrapped in packs of

• 250 sets for 2 part and 3 part for Free
• or 125 sets for 4 part carbonless and 5 part carbonless forms

If you prefer, you can also have your carbonless forms shrink wrapped in packs of 25, 50, 100 or other quantities as your needed. An additional cost will be incurred.
