Our Disclaimer

CarbonlessOnDemand will not be held responsible for typographical or other errors on customer supplied artwork, artwork supplied at a dpi of less than 300 may not print clearly. If you need typesetting or page layout we will supply a proof to you via email or fax. We will not print any order until said proof is ok'd in writing via email or fax stating that order is ok to print. If we have any questions concerning your order we will contact you via email or by phone before your order is processed. This includes payment options. All orders are prepaid. If you choose numbering and do not specify a color we will print the numbering in red.

All sales are final. Every order that we process is carefully checked before leaving our shop. If your order is defective or damaged upon arrival you MUST contact us within 24 hours for a return authorization claim number. Your shipping charges will not be refunded. The entire order must be returned to CarbonlessOnDemand unused so that we may determine the cause of the error or defect.

CarbonlessOnDemand reserves the right to determine whether the defect or error was due to negligence on our part. By placing your order on Carbonlessondemand.com you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.  A $15.00 charge per box will be assessed for all shipments that have to be redirected.
