    Orders are shipped by way of UPS Ground. For other shipping methods please Contact Us.
    We offer the following UPS shipping methods:

    FedEx Shipping

    - FedEx Priority Overnight (EarlyAM)
    - FedEx Standard Overnight (EOD)
    - FedEx 2Day
    - FedEx Express Saver (3 day)
    - FedEx Ground*

    FREE Ground Shipping with minimum purchase of $50.00 to U.S. Ship To destinations only.*

    * Cannot be combined with other offers, coupon codes or other promotions.
    * Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa ship by way of USPS.

    *FedEx Ground covers HI and AK
    Canada (Includes duties, taxes, S&H charges.)

    We also offer Blind Shipping, which is a freight or parcel shipment that does not disclose the point of origin to the consignee. In other words, the name "Carbonless On Demand" DOES NOT appear on any shipping documents or packaging that will be seen by the party receiving the delivery.
    (This option is available at time of checkout.)

    How long does it take?
    If you provide us with a PDF file and you DO NOT require a Proof then the 24 hour turn for 100-500 2 part or 3 part 8.5 X 11 no bindery etc. Black ink only.

    Any bindery functions, such as numbering, perforations, wrap around covers, drilling etc., can add up to 5 business days to your orders production time. If you provide a file other than PDF and/or require a proof, we will not move forward until we have received your approval of that proof and therefore it can also add considerably to the turnaround time. 24 hour turnaround is a goal that we will strive to reach, but is not a guarantee.

    Is everything shipped via FedEx?
    United States Postal ServiceNo. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and some areas of Canada are made via USPS.

    For some areas requiring Air Shipping there will be an additional charge. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer, not CarbonlessOnDemand.com.

    Return Policy

    We strive for quick turnarounds on all orders. Therefore your order can go into production anytime after placing your order (online or by phone). In the event you wish to cancel your order, you may incur Cancellation Fees or Plate Fees based on the production status and age of your order at the time of the cancellation request. Orders that have already printed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation, refund or credit.

    The following information is required in your email request for a cancellation:

    1. Valid contact Phone Number
    2. Invoice Number to cancel
    3. Item(s) you wish to cancel on the Order

    If the above information is not included OR is not correct, your request will NOT be processed.

    * Order Date: The actually time and date of your order to determine any applicable cancellation or plate fees. This can be found on your invoice (sent at time of order) or your credit card statement.

    ** Unless plated or has printed and 500 sets or less of 2 and 3 part carbonless forms, no bindery.

    If your order has been pending for over 90 days, due to any or all circumstances listed below, your order is subject to automatic cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued under these circumstances.

    Damage or Problem with an Order
    In the unlikely event that there is damage or a problem with an order due to either a shipping or production error, we will fix the mistake. We must have the opportunity to fix a mistake if one was made. You must contact us within 30 days after receiving the product in order to notify us of any issue. After a Pre-Authorized return of the product, the corrected or reprinted product will be shipped back out to you. If there is cause for a refund for any amount of the purchase price, it will be at our discretion and only after the Pre-Authorized returned product has been returned.

    Order Alteration
    If there is either damage or a problem with a product as explained above, and you choose to fix or alter the product either yourself or through a third party that is not us, then you own the product as is and we are not liable for a refund or a reprint. We must have the opportunity to fix a mistake if one was made.

    All sales are final.
    Returns MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED.
    You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Refund for amount of purchase price, if product returned at our discretion.
