Envelope Sizes and Specifications

Our envelopes are available in a variety of popular sizes to suit both everyday business and larger document mailing.
All standard envelopes are printed on durable 24lb. white wove stock for a clean, professional look and feel.
Catalog and Booklets are available in either a 24lb White or Brown Kraft stock to help when you have larger mailing needs.

Standard Sizes:

• No. 10 (4.125 x 9.5) – The most common size envelope, ideal for letters, invoices, and statements
• No. 9 (3.875 x 8.875) – Slightly smaller than a No. 10, often used as a reply, or return envelope
• No. 8 (3.625 x 8.625) – A compact option for checks, notices, or smaller correspondences
• No. 6 (3.625 x 6.5) – A small compact size perfect for business replies, personal checks, and notes

Catalog and Booklet options:

• 6 x 9 – Great for smaller booklets, catalogs, or folded documents
• 9 x 12 – Fits full sheets without folding: perfect for brochures, booklets, and presentation materials
• 10 x 13 – A larger option for bulkier inserts, reports, and marketing kits
