I've been doing business now with Carbonless On Demand for over a year, close to two years. We have a printing company literally right next door to our office. The fact that I've been doing biz with you for almost two years with the thousands of printing companies right here in DFW metro-plex, makes a statement.

In the close to two years, most all business has been perfect, on the few occasions where errors were made, you all made it right immediately, including taking care of the shipping cost as well as expediting the shipping. I am very pleased with "Carbonless On Demand" !! That said, I couldn't be as pleased as I am if it weren't for your CSR Shannon. She is an absolute asset to your company! Not only has my experience been, that she WELL knows her business, it's all the other traits that she exudes that compliments Carbonless in such a big way. She is, VERY helpful, she is very professional, quick to resolve problems, serious about what she does yet also has a fantastic sense of humor and will throw a joke out here & there. She is always nice! She is thoughtful in that she follows up when I least expect it. She is simply a joy & a pleasure to work with and that is so refreshing! It may seem that I am going overboard or singing Shannon' phrases "a little" much. If it seems that way, I would agree! Because I should sing them "A GREAT DEAL MORE" !! She is that good!!
