Question: Are you open for business?
Answer: Our business is open and operating (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm). There are no delays in production, however you may experience delays in shipping due to global health events beyond our control.
Question: How is your facility minimizing the spread of the global health events?
Answer: We are following the guidelines for the Center for Disease Control (CDD) along with the World Health Organization (WHO). We have also taken preventative measures to minimize the potential spread of the virus at our facility.
Question: Do you have the materials available to fill my order?
Answer: Yes, we have ample stock of all materials necessary to fill orders now and for the coming months.
Question: Will my order be delayed?
Answer: Delivery services are experiencing a surge in business global health events. As a result, orders may take longer to arrive. We provide a Tracking Number so that you can follow the status of your order and it's expected arrival time.
Question: Can I cancel my order due to global health events.
Answer: Our cancellation policy remains the same. An order may not be canceled once it is "In Production". Prior to production a Cancellation Fee may be applied.
Question: Can I still pick up my order at your facility?
Answer: For safety concerns for both our employees and customers, pickup is temporarily closed until further notice. You can still receive your order by choosing your choice of a shipping option at time of order.
Question: Have you or will you be changing your product or shipping prices?
Answer: Our pricing, for both product and shipping will remain the same. We do not engage or endorse price gouging. You have been here for us ..we are here for you. We are all in this together.
