I had an issue with placing an order because the co-worker that used to do all of the ordering left the company unexpectedly. I called your number and the gentleman that answered was extremely helpful in getting me PDF files of past orders and helping me to reset my account information. I have to say that everyone at Carbonless on Demand has been very friendly, curtiuous and HELPFUL with everything I have needed help with! Not to mention the quality of the product that we receive!
