Following the steps on your website to figure out the cost of printing a form was very easy. I appreciate that you have an 800# visibly posted at the top of your website and that a real person answers. I had a question regarding set up of the artwork and the gentleman that helped was very nice.
You probably should mention that perforation takes a half inch from the dimension of the form.
